RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the date when your order was delivered. In the case of the Service Point delivery, we consider the date when the parcel was delivered to the parcel machine or post office. 

To return your ordered items, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you are a registered customer at beigebrown.com, you can manage item returns in your account. If you made a purchase as a guest, please fill out the return request form.
  2. Pack all the items you wish to return in its original packaging, including inner and outer labels.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. If you have yet to receive a return label with your parcel, we will send it to you. The label contains the return address and tracking number.
  4. Please contact your local shipping carrier specified on our return label. You can return the purchase in a few ways:
  • Book the parcel pick-up with the courier
  • You can drop off the parcel at the nearest Service point
  • You can return the items to the physical store: Poordi 3, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10151, Estonia.

EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange of your product for a different size, color, or item by contacting us within 14 days after delivery.

Please note that if the cost of the requested item for exchange exceeds the purchase cost, the customer will cover this difference. If the cost of the requested item is less than the purchase price, the difference will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.

Please be aware that the exchange option is free if the customer details and shipping address remain the same.

Please note that the goods for return or exchange are accepted under the following conditions:

  • the item is not damaged, or its appearance is substantially unchanged
  • the item does not bear signs of being worn
  • the item is returned in its original packaging, with inner and outer labels.

REFUNDS

You can get a refund of the costs within 14 days from when the order is returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to your bank account from which the purchase payment was made. Please clarify the issue with your bank in case of a refund delay.

Please note that if your customer tier discount were used during the purchase, we would refund the purchasing sum taking into account the used discount (i.e., you will be refunded the same amount you paid). This purchasing sum will be deducted from your tier level.

The shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you proceed with the return process from non-EU countries, please note that we are not responsible for refunding the taxes and duties. You should request from your local authorities how to claim a return of import taxes and duties.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact us.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

  1. If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but note the damage on the delivery receipt, sign, and date it.
  2. If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please get in touch with us immediately.
  3. When you contact us, please specify your order number, tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation email), email address, and phone number.
