We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to make a return, please make sure that the item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags attached, including the security tag for selected products. Please pack the item securely in its protective packaging and send it back within 14 days from the day after your order has been delivered.

Returns and exchanges are free of charge. If you need to exchange your items, please submit your request, and we'll contact you within 48 working hours. You'll receive a prepaid return label to arrange for collection at a convenient time or drop it off at your nearest service (drop-off) point. 

Please ensure that any items you want to return or exchange are new, unused, and still have all the original tags attached. Keep in mind that we'll send the exchanged product as soon as we receive your initial order back at our warehouse.
