You can use your social media accounts to simplify your "sign-in" process.
To complete your purchase, you have two options: register as a customer or proceed as a guest.
Registering is quick and easy. By becoming a registered customer, you will be able to track your current order status, view your order history, update your preferences, manage your wishlist, and take advantage of your loyalty tier.
You can reset your password at the "Sign in" page. You will get the email notification with the link to reset the password.
You can save your favorite items in your wishlist and always have them at hand, even after closing the site.
Add items to the list by clicking on the heart of the product photo corner or the button "Add to wishlist" on the product page. You can also remove them by clicking the 'Remove' button on the homepage's wishlist or personal account.
If you wish to buy something from the list, add it to your shopping cart and complete your purchase as usual. You can only enjoy the perks of a wishlist if you are a registered customer.
Adding items to your wishlist does not automatically reserve them.

Depending on your shopping location, the prices will vary upon the tax regulations of your shipping destination.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If the purchase is completed, you will be informed via email. You can also check the order status in your account.

We’ll let you know if your order has been (partially) canceled. The order can be canceled for the following reasons:
1. Your items were out of stock at the time of shipping. If this is the case, we’ll refund you.
2. Something went wrong while verifying your billing and/or shipping details. Try to go back one step in the payment process on the website to check your details. If everything is correct, please contact your bank to clarify the issue with the payment. If you have a problem with the shipping, please check your address details.
If the issue remains unsolved, please contact us. We will get back at you in the earliest convience.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
If you have received a wrong item, please submit a return request. We will promptly send the correct order within the next working day.
It is possible to purchase a gift card and send it to another recipient. Add the recipient's email, include a personalized message on the gift card page, and add to the shopping bag.
The recipient will get an email notification with the gift card and your customized message.
After issuing a gift card, you will receive an email containing all the necessary details along with a link to check the balance.
You can redeem your gift card or promotion code at checkout once you have added your preferred items to the shopping bag. Then, enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and press "Apply" in the left corner of the page. Your discount will be applied, and the final price will be adjusted automatically.
You can make payment by card, bank redirect, e-wallet, or gift card.

In-store collection is available in Tallinn, Estonia.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you make the purchase as a registered user at beigebrown.com, you can follow the updates of your order in your account.
However, if you are unable to find your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service team to provide you further assistance.
When placing an order, you have the option to choose between delivery to your shipping address, a service point, or in-store pickup. The available delivery options depend on your location and can be viewed during checkout.
If you choose address delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. In case you are not available to receive the parcel during the first delivery attempt, the carrier can either attempt another delivery or deliver the parcel to a service point.
We are committed to combating climate change by reducing our carbon footprint and CO2 emissions through our parcel delivery services.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return your ordered items, please follow the steps below:
1. If you are a registered customer at beigebrown.com, you can manage item returns in your account. If you made a purchase as a guest, please fill out the return request form.
2. Pack all the items you wish to return in its original packaging, including inner and outer labels.
3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. If you have yet to receive a return label with your parcel, we will send it to you.
4. Please contact your local shipping carrier specified on our return label. You can return the purchase in a few ways:
- Book the parcel pick-up with the courier
- You can drop off the parcel at the nearest Service Point
- You can return the items to the physical store: Poordi 3, Tallinn, 10151, Estonia.
If you choose to use a different carrier for the return, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
You can return within 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For Service Point deliveries, this period starts from the date the parcel is delivered to the machine or post office.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
Please be aware that the exchange option is free if the customer details and shipping address remain the same.
We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive and accept your return at our warehouse.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
