CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign in" icon on the top right corner of the website.

If you’re using your phone, find the "Menu" button on the left side and use the Menu button "Sign in" at the bottom of the menu page.

You can use your social media accounts to simplify your "sign-in" process.

Is registration required to shop at the online store?

To complete your purchase, you have two options: register as a customer or proceed as a guest.

Registering is quick and easy. By becoming a registered customer, you will be able to track your current order status, view your order history, update your preferences, manage your wishlist, and take advantage of your loyalty tier.

How to reset my password?

You can reset your password at the "Sign in" page. You will get the email notification with the link to reset the password.

What is a wishlist?

You can save your favorite items in your wishlist and always have them at hand, even after closing the site.

Add items to the list by clicking on the heart of the product photo corner or the button "Add to wishlist" on the product page. You can also remove them by clicking the 'Remove' button on the homepage's wishlist or personal account.

If you wish to buy something from the list, add it to your shopping cart and complete your purchase as usual. You can only enjoy the perks of a wishlist if you are a registered customer.

Adding items to your wishlist does not automatically reserve them.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Always. You can update your email preferences by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.

How can I be notified if my favorite piece is back in stock?

You can be notified in two ways:

1. You can register your account and add your favorite item to your wishlist.

2. You can fill out the Notify form on the product page of your favorite item under the button "Wishlist".

You will get an email notification as soon as your favorite item is back in stock.

How can I be notified when my favorite piece is on sale?

To get a notification when your favorite item is on sale, you should follow the next steps:

1. Register your account at beigebrown.com.

2. Add your favorite item to your wishlist.

What does "coming soon" product mean? And when will the product be available?

The products labeled as "coming soon" are expected to arrive soon. The expected arrival date will be specified in the product description.

To stay updated on the availability of the desired product, please sign up with your email on the product page.

What does the term "pre-order" for a product mean, and when will the product be available?

A pre-ordered product gives you an opportunity to buy an item that will be available at a later date. The expected shipping date is specified in the product description.

To make a pre-order, add a desired item to the shopping cart and make the payment. You will receive a payment confirmation notification. Your order will be dispatched when a product is available in our stock.

To keep up with the availability of pre-order items, you can easily fill out the form on the product page.

Due to the “pre-sale” option, please be aware that there may be a waiting period—from a few weeks to a few months.

Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate. If you are no longer able to receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, please update us with the new information.

How can I ensure the accuracy of the product color?

We put great effort into ensuring our product images are as accurate as possible.

However, due to variations in device displays, we cannot guarantee that all devices will accurately represent the true color of the product. To be completely confident in your color choice, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Why does the pricing differ from European countries and non-European countries?

Depending on your shopping location, the prices will vary upon the tax regulations of your shipping destination.

How do I find out about my order status?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If the purchase is completed, you will be informed via email. You can also check the order status in your account.

Where can I find my order number?

You can always find your order number in the confirmation email and every email related to your order.

Why is my order canceled?

We’ll let you know if your order has been (partially) canceled. The order can be canceled for the following reasons:

1. Your items were out of stock at the time of shipping. If this is the case, we’ll refund you.

2. Something went wrong while verifying your billing and/or shipping details. Try to go back one step in the payment process on the website to check your details. If everything is correct, please contact your bank to clarify the issue with the payment. If you have a problem with the shipping, please check your address details.

If the issue remains unsolved, please contact us. We will get back at you in the earliest convience.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

I have received a faulty order. What should I do?

If you have received a wrong item, please submit a return request. We will promptly send the correct order within the next working day.

GIFT CARDS

Can I order a gift card and send it to someone else?

It is possible to purchase a gift card and send it to another recipient. Add the recipient's email, include a personalized message on the gift card page, and add to the shopping bag.

The recipient will get an email notification with the gift card and your customized message.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?

After issuing a gift card, you will receive an email containing all the necessary details along with a link to check the balance.

How can I redeem a gift card or promotion code?

You can redeem your gift card or promotion code at checkout once you have added your preferred items to the shopping bag. Then, enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and press "Apply" in the left corner of the page. Your discount will be applied, and the final price will be adjusted automatically.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can make payment by card, bank redirect, e-wallet, or gift card.

Available payment methods are based on your specified location and will be displayed at the checkout. For more information, visit our Help Center.

Why has my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

It seems that there was an issue while verifying your billing and/or shipping details. Please try going back one step in the payment process on the website to check if your details are correct. If everything looks good, we recommend contacting your bank to clarify the payment issue.

Are your payment methods secure to use?

To ensure your security and prevent fraud, the 3D Secure authentication step is being used at the checkout.

Are taxes and duties included in the given price?

All product prices include VAT for all EU countries.

When ordering from the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries, VAT/taxes and duties are not included in prices.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our Shipping policy provides accurate delivery estimates based on your location. Check it out to clearly understand when to expect your order to arrive.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you make the purchase as a registered user at beigebrown.com, you can follow the updates of your order in your account.

However, if you are unable to find your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service team to provide you further assistance.

How do I collect my package?

When placing an order, you have the option to choose between delivery to your shipping address, a service point, or in-store pickup. The available delivery options depend on your location and can be viewed during checkout.

If you choose address delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. In case you are not available to receive the parcel during the first delivery attempt, the carrier can either attempt another delivery or deliver the parcel to a service point.

What is Carbon neutral shipment?

We are committed to combating climate change by reducing our carbon footprint and CO2 emissions through our parcel delivery services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How to return my order?

To return your ordered items, please follow the steps below:

1. If you are a registered customer at beigebrown.com, you can manage item returns in your account. If you made a purchase as a guest, please fill out the return request form.

2. Pack all the items you wish to return in its original packaging, including inner and outer labels.

3. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. If you have yet to receive a return label with your parcel, we will send it to you.

4. Please contact your local shipping carrier specified on our return label. You can return the purchase in a few ways:

- Book the parcel pick-up with the courier
- You can drop off the parcel at the nearest Service Point

Can I use another carrier to return my order?

If you choose to use a different carrier for the return, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

What is the timeframe for returning an item?

You can return within 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For Service Point deliveries, this period starts from the date the parcel is delivered to the machine or post office.

Can I exchange my products?

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

Please be aware that the exchange option is free if the customer details and shipping address remain the same.

When will I receive a refund after I returned an item order?

We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive and accept your return at our warehouse.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

The refund process may take up to 14 days, depending on your payment method.
