To create an account, you click on ‘Sign in’ icon on the top right of the website. If you’re using your phone find the ‘menu’ button on the left side and use the menu button ‘Sign in’ on the top of the menu page. You can then create an account following the instructions in the 'sign up' section.
You can complete your purchase either as a registered customer or a guest. The registration is effortless and does not take much time. As a registered customer, you will be able to follow the journey of your current order and review the history of previous ones. You will also receive special offers, birthday discounts, and new collections and sales information.
You can save your favorite items in your wishlist and always have them at hand even after closing the site. You add items to the list by clicking the heart at the product photo corner or on the product page. You can also remove them by clicking the 'Remove' button in the wishlist on the homepage or in the personal account. If you wish to buy something from the list, add it to your shopping cart and complete your purchase as usual. You can only enjoy the use of a wishlist if you are a registered customer. Adding items to your wishlist does not automatically reserve them.
Yes. You can update your email preferences by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. In another case, you can send us the application form in the section Contact us.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. If the purchase is not completed, you will be informed via email. You can also check the order status in your account.
You can always find your order number in the confirmation email and every email related to your order. You can also check the order page of your account.
We’ll let you know if your order has been (partially) cancelled. The order can be cancelled for the following reasons:
1. Your items were out of stock at the time of shipping. If this is the case, we’ll take care of your refund.
2. Something went wrong while verifying your billing and/or shipping details. Try to go back one step in the payment process on the website to check your details. If everything is correct, please, contact your bank to clarify the issue with the payment. If you have a problem with the shipping, please check your address details.
If the issue remains unsolved, please, contact us. We will get response as soon as possible.

If you've already used your return label for a partial return, or the label seems to be missing, please, contact us. We will send you the extra label.
Purchased items can be delivered to the parcel machine if you missed the delivery or didn't confirm the delivery period with the carrier. In case of the parcel machine delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to arrange the delivery to your specified address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return items, if:
· They are not worn
· They are low-quality
· They do not fit you regarding size, material, or expectations.
The ordered items online can be returned or replaced with a different size. Products cannot be replaced with a different model.
You can return within 14 days, starting from the date when your order was delivered. In the case of the pick-up point delivery, we consider the date when the purchase is delivered to the parcel machine. Please, check out for more information in our Shipping policy.
As soon as your return has been received and accepted at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, including the delivery costs. In the case of the partial order return, the delivery cost refund will be proportional to the ordered items returned.
