Key requirements:

Engaged in similar tasks for at least 2 years.

Knowledge and experience in utilizing social media as an effective marketing tool: Facebook Business, Pinterest, Linkedin, YouTube.

Knowledge and experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant, Google Tag Manager, and Data Looker Studio.

Knowledge and experience in one of the following email marketing tools, like Mailchimp, Omnisend, Klaviyo, Salesforce.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM will be a plus.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress will be a plus.

Understanding and identifying the target audience and markets.

Understanding website metrics and the best ad campaign practices.
-
Experience in relevant keyword searching and lead generation.

Experience in traffic and conversion analysis, user journey optimization, and reporting tools.

Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.

Good teamwork skills.

Ability to work remotely and systematically.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that considers economic indicators. This involves monitoring shifts in supply and demand, understanding customers and their present and future needs, and staying updated on competitors' activities.

Plan and manage ad campaigns in social media and Google Ads, Google Merchants, or other alternative placements.

Search and implement relevant keywords, analyze the keyword search volume and difficulty, apply them effectively, and estimate the potential traffic they generate.

Create email marketing campaigns, including designing emails using templates or custom HTML through the relevant email marketing tools.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Plan, implement and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize marketing sales funnels.
-
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Collaborate and brainstorm with the team members to create, provide, and improve digital marketing strategies and optimize UX.
