Email Marketing Specialist

Due to the extension of our marketing team, we are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist skilled in planning and implementing strategic scenarios for email and SMS campaigns. We need your knowledge in creating, managing, and performing an email marketing content plan and in analyzing its performance. Are you inspired by the newest marketing tactics and innovative ideas? Key responsibilities:

• Create email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML using the appropriate application facilities
• Plan and implement various strategic scenarios via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, like post-purchase, review requests, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails
• Build email automation flows using the appropriate application facilities
• Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
• Create, manage, and perform email/SMS marketing content plan and ensure alignment with business priorities and demand forecasts
• Use customer data, such as web behavior, to personalize the message and content
• Perform A/B tests, analyze results, and work on improvements to drive performance lift
• Report and analyze the campaign performance KPIs, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
• Follow up on trends and email marketing strategies, get insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture, and retain these customers
• In-team work with the marketing and copywriting teams

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing for more than 2 years
• Experience in marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge and experience in one of the following mail applications: Mailchimp, Omnisend, Klaviyo, Salesforce
• Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS
• Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of an extensive email marketing database
• Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch
• Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
• Proficient in data analytics to determine essential data and suggest improvements
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce will be a plus
• Understanding email regulations, best practices, and international compliance in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL) will be a plus
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
