RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the date when your order was delivered. In the case of the pick-up point delivery, we consider the date when the purchase is delivered to the parcel machine. 

All returns are acceptable in the way of the application form fulfillment. Please, fill it out HERE (EE/EN).

Goods for returning or exchanging are accepted under the following conditions:

  • the item is not damaged, or its appearance is substantially unchanged
  • the item has not to bear signs of being worn
  • the item is returned in its original packaging, with inner and outer labels and protective films.

You can return the purchase in a few ways.

1. Free return collection by the courier. 

You can use the label inside the parcel, or the carrier will provide it.

2. Return for free at a drop-off point (parcel machine).

You can use the return label inside the package or request the new one. You can drop off the return at the nearest parcel machine. 

3. Return to the store.

REFUNDS

You can get a refund of the costs within 14 days from the moment of the order returning to our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to your bank account from which the purchase payment was made. Please clarify the issue with your bank in case of a refund delay. 

Please, note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team by email address - info@beigebrown.com.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

  1. If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but note the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
  2. If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please get in touch with us immediately.

When you contact us, please specify your order number, tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation email), email address, and phone number.
