When you place the order, you will receive the order confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch your order within our working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am until 8:00 pm EET. Kindly note that we do not operate on public holidays.
BEIGE | BROWN keeps the right to cancel the order if the following conditions take place:
- The ordered item is not available due to a technical issue on our site
- Customer provided incorrect shipping information
- Order payment hasn’t been received
You can track your order through a link in your order confirmation email, SMS, or Shop app notification.
You can also track your order in your Account in the section Orders & Returns.If you placed an order as a guest, you can track its status using the order or shipping confirmation email.
Depending on your location and selected delivery method, shipping can take 2 – 7 working days. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes, there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.
If you change your mind or want to update your order with new shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours after making the order.

We'll email you confirmation of your canceled order. You will receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
