We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands the essence of social media marketing, embraces minimalistic visual concepts, and stays up-to-date with the latest marketing trends. Key responsibilities:

Create and share engaging content, including texts, photos, videos, and news, according to the content plan on social media channels.

Develop and edit photo/video content that captures the audience's attention and effectively conveys the intended message.

Determine and understand the target audience, its interests, age differentiation, and geolocation to implement engaging content through different social media channels.

Create the visual content for paid ads.

Create and develop visual content concepts and mood boards.
-
Participate in the content creation process.
-
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, communicate with followers, promptly address queries, and monitor audience feedback.

Create and implement press releases and pitch letters to our media partners.

Analyze engagement metrics, identify trends in follower interactions, and plan social media campaigns to build an online community.

Develop brand awareness through social media channels.

In-team workflows and brainstorming.
Key requirements:
-
Experience in the same field for more than 2 years.
-
Understanding and following the latest social media tendencies and minimalistic visual concepts.

Knowledge and experience in one of the following social media channels: Instagram (Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Skills in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or other graphical/photo/video editors.

Experience in Facebook Business tools and any of the following management boards like Asana, Trello, Jira, Atlassian.

Copywriting skills for writing CTAs, peaches, and press releases.

Experience in Influencer marketing collaborations.

In-team workflow experience.

Self-motivated, well-organized.
