Shipping methods

We process and send orders during working days. Please note that order processing could take 1 to 2 working days before dispatch. If you change your mind or need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Please note that we do not operate on public holidays.  During promotional events, including Black Friday, delivery time may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure that our customers have a high-quality and satisfactory experience, we offer the following delivery options: 

• Standard delivery (courier)
• Express delivery (available only within the EU)
• Service point* - delivery to parcel machine, post office, or pick-up point

*Please note that if you select the “Service point” delivery option, your parcel will be sent to the nearest pick-up location based on your specified address and will be stored there for 5-7 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and any import duties and taxes ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Shipping for orders over €300 within the European Union is free of charge.

We do not ship to the following areas:

• Austria: Riezlern
• Belarus
• Denmark: the Faroe Islands
• Finland: Aland Islands
• France: French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre, Wallis, Guadeloupe, and the Futuna Islands, and New Caledonia
• Germany: Island Helgoland and area of Busingen
• Greenland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen
• Italy: Campione d´Italia, Livigno
• The Netherlands: Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles
• Norway: Svalbard
• Russia
• Spain: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed to addresses in the abovementioned regions.

Delivery to other destinations could be considered upon your request. Contact us to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your country. Please note that we do not offer a free return option. We can assist you with returning your order, or you can manage it yourself.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that all orders shipped to non-EU countries do not include import taxes and duties. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control. They are not included in the total amount you pay at checkout, and we cannot estimate them as they vary from country to country. If you wish to calculate these costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

The shipping carrier will invoice you for the applicable fees when your order arrives. If you refuse the delivery of your order, the shipping carrier will consider it abandoned, and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

If you proceed with the return process from non-EU country, please note that we are not responsible for refunding the taxes and duties. You should request from your local authorities how to claim a return of import taxes and duties.
