Shipping methods

At BEIGE | BROWN, we offer four different delivery options to ensure that our customers have a high-quality and satisfactory experience. 

We process and send orders from Monday to Friday during our working hours, 10:00 am until 8:00 pm EET. Kindly note that we do not operate on public holidays.

Standard delivery

DPD and SmartPost (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) manage deliveries to European countries within 2-6 working days, depending on the shipping destination. For non-EU countries, the shipping is carried out by DHL services within 4-7 working days. Please be aware in this case, the delivery terms depend on the customs clearance procedure.

Express delivery

Express delivery is provided by DHL Express within 1-2 working days only for European countries.

Service point 

We provide delivery to Service points carried out by DPD and SmartPost (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland). You can pick up your order at the available Service point (parcel machine, post office, or pick-up point) in your location. 

Please note that if you choose this delivery option, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest Service point closest to your specified address. You can check the availability of Service points at your local DPD or SmartPost representative.

In-store

Pick up at the store is available only for our physical store at the address - Poordi, 3 Tallinn.

Shipping costs

Shipping for orders over €300 within the European Union is free of charge.

Shipping costs and any import duties and taxes ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not ship to the following areas:

• Austria: Riezlern
• Belarus
• Denmark: the Faroe Islands
• Finland: Aland Islands
• France: French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre, Wallis, Guadeloupe, and the Futuna Islands, and New Caledonia
• Germany: Island Helgoland, and area of Busingen
• Greenland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen
• Italy: Campione d´Italia, Livigno
• The Netherlands: Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles
• Norway: Svalbard
• Russia
• Spain: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed to addresses in the regions named above.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that all orders shipped to non-EU countries do not include import taxes and duties. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are beyond our control. They are not included in the total amount you pay at checkout, and we cannot estimate them as they vary from country to country. If you wish to calculate these costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

The shipping carrier will invoice you for the applicable fees when your order arrives. If you refuse delivery of your order, the shipping carrier will consider it abandoned, and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

If you proceed with the return process from non-EU countries, please note that we are not responsible for refunding the taxes and duties. You should request from your local authorities how to claim a return of import taxes and duties.

Carbon-neutral delivery

We are dedicated to combating climate change through our parcel delivery services. Our shipping carriers carefully calculate the carbon footprint of each package and work to reduce it as much as possible. Any remaining emissions are offset by supporting clean energy projects around the world. This method, known as carbon offsetting, involves investing in initiatives that aim to lower or eliminate future carbon emissions and help the environment. 

Eco-packaging

We take the responsibility of preserving our planet seriously, that's why we use FSC® certified cardboard for packaging your order. Our cardboard is made from 100% recycled materials, giving you the peace of mind that you're making a sustainable choice.
